After training hundreds of people with poor mobility and injuries since 2002, Synthia created Kemetic Fitness in 2012. By utilizing bodyweight exercises, TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, Bosu balls, stability balls, and resistance bands, Kemetic Fitness develops a unique approach to functional mobility training. By using this unique way of training, she has seen tremendous results in over 300 clients ranging in age from 7 to 85. It doesn’t matter if your fitness goal is to lose, gain, maintain weight, or even tone; Kemetic Fitness has a program for you.
