Kemetic Fitness

It is important to stay active in order to keep our metabolism up, our bones strong, our body mobile, and our heart pumping efficiently. After training hundreds of people with poor mobility and injuries since 2002— Synthia created Kemetic Fitness in 2012. By using body weight exercises, TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, Bosu, stability balls and resistant bands,  Kemetic Fitness creates an unique approach to functional mobility training. By using this unique way of training, she has seen tremendous results in over 300 clients ranging in ages 7 to 85. It doesn’t matter if your fitness goal is to lose, gain, maintain weight or even tone—Kemetic Fitness has a program for you.
