All 3 phases of Kemetic Fitness workout programs are designed for people of all sizes to achieve their fitness goals no matter if it is to lose, tone, gain or maintain.

Doing so in a functional way while building their mobility in the comfort of their own home.

No dumbbells or gym equipment are needed.

Our workout program will start you from zero and build you up over the span of 3 months so you can become confident, and knowledgeable while achieving your fitness goals safely.
 
Phase 1- Endurance
Phase (1) is designed to build muscular and cardiovascular endurance and teach proper form.
Everything you do will be on a stable surface.
Low-weight, high-reps.
 
Phase 2- Stabilization
Phase (2) two is designed to strengthen your core.
The majority of the exercises are on an unstable surface to help strengthen your core.
 
Phase 3- Strength
Phase (3) three is designed to increase your overall muscles.
The majority of the exercises will be fewer reps with higher weight.
