The Importance of a Clean Gut

When is the best time to work out while detoxing?
It’s recommended to work out during fasting. That way, your body will burn more fat instead of sugar from your meal. It is up to you if you would prefer to work out closer to the time you break your fast or not. It is also not recommended to take detox capsules within an hour before your workout because the detox capsules will start to flush your gut.
