As a Fitness Professional since 2002, Synthia El knows that the best personal trainers keep sight of the big picture while setting small goals, and keep you inspired to reach your highest abilities along the way. Synthia does this by constructing successful functional training programs for individuals and groups. She provides 1-on-1 personal training, partner training (two people), and small group training (3 or more).
Cynthia focuses on innovative training that emphasizes the importance of transforming the mind, spirit and body. She employs a method of training that she developed called Kemetic—which involves first getting the mind to commit; then getting the spirit to align; and finally, getting the body to followby combining traditional, functional training methods. Synthia’s areas of expertise ranges from nutrition coaching to weight loss, and from corrective exercise to sports performance.
Synthia is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute. She earned national certifications in personal training (CPT) and corrective exercise (CES); and both are from the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM). Cynthia also holds several specialized certifications: TRX, ViPR and Kettlebells.
